Slices?

Also if you use Save for Web do you down-res the file before using it?  If
so what to? The original files are large 10x15in @480ppi.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
