Digital BW, The Print

Don't bother writing a real installer for QuadToneRIP. One will be available
soon. (I got tired of responding to problems that seem to be caused by
installation errors.) Roy is checking out version 2.1c with a real install.
It even installs QTRgui at the same time as QuadToneRIP.
