I'm using Eboni too w/ QTR and it does help, but don't expect the 
rich blacks you get from darkroom fiber glossy prints.  They just 
don't compare frankly, and this is an area of needed inmprovement in 
digital B&W ...  I also play w/ curves and that can help...
