The 4000's kinda special because it has different paper paths. QTR may not be sending the right command to the printer to feed paper from the "right" path I suppose. (It may be not sending it at all). (The command is called "set paper path".) What you can try before Roy fixes the problem is to print a page of something with the Epson driver with manual feed first, then use QTR. (I don't have a 4000 so I am just guessing..
