I find that if I turn off the printer, restart the program, click the print button and *then* turn the 2200 back on it usually works. I would say I have problems 2/5 times and there must be a little bug in the program somewhere. But...oh...the print quality - wow. It will certainly make my workflow a little easier if this problem is fixed with an updated version. That said, I've very grateful to Mr. Harrington and Mr. Billard for this wonderful, inexpensive RIP. I use a Windows 2000 computer for editing and just recently found out from a friend that Quadtone RIP was available for Windows. I've been making test prints on a 2200 with stock inks and an 1160 with UT inks. Interestingly enough, I prefer the 2200 prints so far - which is quite surprising.
