Cleanup QuadToneRIP for Windows installations

I have created a program to aid you in getting a clean install of
QuadToneRIP for Windows. Download QTRCleanout from
http://www.sbillard.org/Shareware/QTRgui.htm. Run the program to remove any
and all vestiges of old QTR and QTRgui installations. Then rerun the
QuadToneRIP_2.1c install.
