Digital BW, The Print

If you already have QTR 2.1c installed, just install the new 2.1.10
gui from Steve. Otherwise, you should install QTR 2.1c first, then
install 2.1.10 gui.

I guess once everyone got everything working, Roy will put together a
new package with the latest components.
