I'm running 

The latest version, 2.1d., finds the image files, no matter where they are, but the problem with extended character sets in folder and file names persists.

However. that's not a big deal.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
