I hesitate to put you back in the "hopefull tweaking" mode, but here's what I do- Do the procedure for cutter blade replacement, which will move the head put off of the rest position and allow you to move it around along the guide rails. Then, depending on whether I'm trying to clear a clog, or just turning the printer off for a few days, I put some windex on the capping station, sop it back up with a tissue, put a few drops of water or windex paper depending. Then I wipe the rubber wiper blade with widex on a Qtip. Close the front and turn off the printer. Then open the front again and place a wet sponge back in close to the heads.
