Michel, >I would like to modify UT7 inks to get a slightly stronger yellow. Do you use sepia? Is it just the sepia you're trying to modify? Or do you want to have a warm tone, not sepia, but more yellow than the warm tones currently are? The Y cart is the open space that makes modifying the inks the easiest. The 2200 easy refill carts facilitate this. If you don't use the sepia, but want a more yellow warm tone, just put MIS 7600 yellow in the Y cart and use the blue curve to sprinkle it in as desired. It has such a low density that the other curves will probably not need any modification. If you want a more yellow sepia tone, mix it. The standard sepia toner in the Y spot is basically 84% LC, 8% Y and 8% M. You can alter the color ratio to make a different tone sepia. You could just add Y to the existing sepia to do this also. Hope this helps. Paul www.PaulRoark.com
