With Epson PK and MK, you can even do it if the half full cart has been sitting around for 2 or 3 months. It costs you very little ink, less than 5% of each cart in the machine (the 2200 doesn't know how to purge just one cart when you change inks, it has to do them all) but that's still just $2 or $3 in ink. > 3) Last, does anyone know, if I initially purchase the prefilled UT7 > cartridges from MIS, whether they come in the new refillable type, or > do I have to purchase those separately and fill them myself?
