QTR Luster Profile for Epson 4000

I've just started trying out QTR on my Epson 4000. Under curves I
don't see any profile for Epson Premium Luster. Can anyone please tell
me the best settings using this paper to get a neutral print? Did a
quick search of the forum and couldn't see any apparent info
