I had to drill out my black cart too.

Once I drilled a hole in the top where the indentation was, I've had 
no problems.

Did they give you a plug for it? If not, use hot glue. But, I prefer 
the plug (I've used both, because I thought MIS didn't sent plugs, 
but I later found them in the bottom of the shipping carton).
