I've used the Bergger Smooth surface ink jet matt surface paper and 
it is very nice. It has a warmer tone but with no brightners. It is 
expensive though.

I also use Begger Cot 320 for Alternative Process prints and it to is 
excellent, but I wouldn't reccomend an uncoated paper for ink jet 
print unless you are looking for something different.
