Tim, I first removed the plastic pieces with the mounted pizza wheels completely, and then I had to put them back in place again because I discovered that the C86 use the pizza wheels to transport the last inch of a sheet. So, I still have not solved the pizza wheel problem, but my idea is to place a pair of "MIS Washers" to lift the pizza wheels a litttle, so that they still helps with transport but enough so that they dont make the marks. I will use this method: (intended for the Photo EX printer but may work with the C86) http://inksupply.info/index.php? _a=knowledgebase&_j=questiondetails&_i=2&nav=+%26gt%3B+%3Ca+href%3D%27index. php%3F_a%3Dknowledgebase%26_j%3Dsubcat%26_i%3D1%27%3ETips%2C+Tricks%2C+and +Terms%3C%2Fa%3E Let me hear if you find a way to solve this problem...
