The latest release of the windows version of IJC supports coating and tinting
in the profiles it makes. 

This means that the ink curves can be defined to lay down ink at the 0,0
position. For GLOP purposes, you can make a curve that is a completely
horizontal line.

The same technique, but with subtler values can be used to tint the
paper with no other modification to the image.
