Lou, I use Superior Archival Materials www.superiorarchivalmats.com for my mat board needs. The owner Allen Geiser is very nice and runs this business as part of his larger book-making and book-binding business. I have had him cut custom-sized mat windows and mat backs for me to maximize the number of mats per raw sheet of material. Very easy to work with and they have a computer-controlled laser mat cutter that is accurate. They only carry the ArtCare archival products and their prices for custom cut mats to any size will generally be competitive. And, they will give you personal attention and save your mat specifications so you don't have setup charges for re-orders. The only issue is that sometimes email is a bit slow, but telephone conversations are cordial and immediate.
