As a side note: In the U.S. (Carolyn is in Canada) there was a class action lawsuit, and Iomega lost....But the remedy wasn't worth the effort. Like discounts on a new Zip drive (like you would want *another* zip that will die), or discounts on disks. IMO, seemed a bit self serving.
