Hi Steve, HVLP is a type of spray gun. It stands for High Volume Low Pressure. They spray out a lot of fluid on lower air pressure then the conventional type of guns. Its supposed to cut down the amount of wasted overspray and also the best type for use with water based paints. The only reason I know this is my girlfriend uses one in her business for spray tanning. Her's cost about $800.00 for the gun and special HVLP air compressor. Also Is there a good water-borne coating I could use on Premium Luster. I really had using the solvent based stuff. Thanks Steve [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
