Is there a way to overcome this? I've looked at the MIS site, and tried the trick of wedging the CD bar down, but this only seems to lift SOME of the wheels (4 out of 12: i.e. - the 4 immediately beneath the CD bar); unless there's something I'm missing. How do you go about lifting ALL of the wheels out of the way? And what about the pizza wheels? I'm a little reluctant to start experimenting with disassebling my brand new printer: I'm willing to do it, just not without some idea of what I'm doing. I'm printing images with a LOT of black, and as it stands, the printer is unusable for these types of images, and (un)fortunately, that's kinda my style. This is happening on both Ilford Smooth Pearl and Epson Semi-Gloss. I am absolutely LOVING the look of the ilford: incredible Dmax! But if I can't alleviate the track marks, it's all for not. I was becoming very encouraged, but if I can't remove these marks, I'll have to go back to my fume room. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Guy Staley
