Digital BW, The Print

Actually, I DO mean the small square hole "immediately" to the right of the 
roller. But I also mean the tabs that occur alongside individual pizza wheels: 
those are the tabs to which I refer. However, the small square one next to the 
roller is the one thats holding the roller down. Pop that tab back through and 
latch it up and your back to where you started. Then simply prop up the metal 
strip by that same amount by placing something of the appropriate height under 
the metal strip immediately to the left of the roller. Voila!
