Digital BW, The Print

I don't know the answer, but when I was in Oaxaca last year, I stumbled 
across a place called Estudio Digital/Galleria Luz, which rents time on its 
computers and Epson printers.  You may want to contact them and see how 
they're getting their paper.  It's on Alcala St, on the second floor of a building a 
couple of stores down from and on the same side of the street as the big 
English-language bookstore.
