I don't know of a printer in that price range that does good BO 
printing.  

The Epson 1280 is supposed to do a good job with BO, but is about 3X 
the price.  It was designed as a dye printer, and reportedly has some 
clogging problems with pigment inks.

The Epson 2200 does nice BO prints, but is 6X the price.  But, it was 
designed for pigment inks, and should have fewer problems with 
clogging.

The C86 works great with the EZ inks, just not for BO.
