Digital BW, The Print

Hi,
I am running QTR PC beta 3 and so far have had few problems.

Now, when I try to print (via Gui .28) the 'Quadtone Rip is Printing' message disappears quickly.

I have gone to Windows/Temp and deleted as many temp files as I can, but the one that I think is the culprit won't delete - it says I have to close any programs that might be using the file. No matter what I do, even in safe mode (where the file doesn't appear), I can't get rid of file "ZLT07f2b.TMP"

Any help would be much appreciated.
