Digital BW, The Print

I actually use R800 and 2100 for BW and color printing, but I never 
got remarkable BW outcome as I did using QTR. 
Since the former printouts (a couple of days ago) I was amazed 
looking at the excellent neutrality of the BW prints. 
I greatly appreciated the capability to move from cool to warm using 
the slider,too.
However I'm still a novice of QTR, which I use to drive the 2100 (UC 
inkset).

So, my questions: 

1)how can I use (if possible) QTR within PS CS ?  

2)It is not clear to me how to fully exploit the slider (cool/warm) 
option ? What if one choice is not selected on the QTRgui?
