On the PC, set up QTR as follows:
1. Run QTR. Under Options, disable "Drag Drop Autoprint"
2. Create a shortut to the QTR program in the directory 
C:\Programs\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Helpers\Jump To Graphics Editor
3. When you want to print from Photoshop, choose File->Jump To->QTR

I don't quite understand your question on the slider; perhaps the UI 
is different for your printer.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
