I had a vacuum problem with a newly installed 1280 CFS. The black Eboni cart was 
showing no nozzles.

It turned out the plastic elbow where the tube meets the cart had a crack in it. So no 
vacuum. MIS and I think that the elbow was damaged at MIS since the cart never produced 
a nozzle check and therefore never had ink. So check that connection...the elbow might 
have split or cracked over time.

MIS had no problem replacing the cart for free...but it was a new system.
