Digital BW, The Print

Am stuck on the first step of attempting to customize an existing curve for 
UT2 inks.  No problem applying existing curves, just can't access them for 
making adjustments.   I'm sure this is something very simple that I'm 
overlooking  --- any help appreciated.  I need step by step to get there, 
then I can experiment on my own.
