Hello Sandy, Please go to: http://nicknugent.blogsite.org Download the randomized target with a corresponding reference file. The bash shell script should help save lots of typing if you're inclined to use it. I haven't tried it on the MacOS X linux command console but it runs on both Windows cygwin and Solaris. If you don't want to bother with the shell script I guess you can just open the data file in Excel and sort it using Sample Name then copy/paste it to the linearization tab (with one click).
