You don't need the profiles at all and you should, according to Paul's
page, make sure there aren't any other embedded profiles mixed.

In principle, you don't even need Photoshop. Once you save your file at
the right size, you could print it with a word processor, a web browser or
anything else that can send things to a printer.

So you don't need "Print with preview". Just use the "Print" if you're
using Photoshop.
