Hello John, I did read the "readme" at your website couple of time as follow: "In Photoshop, I use these Color Settings (click on Edit, then "Color Settings"): First, I set the very top line to "Photoshop 5 default spaces." Second, in the "Working spaces" box, I set the RGB line to "Adobe RGB (1998)." In my Windows version of Photoshop, the Gray working space in the PS 5 defaults is "Gray Gamma is 2.2." When printing, see that no other profiles are embedded in the file." The first is about photoshop's color setting and the other info. is on paper setting and brightness/contrast adjustment only. When you said "no other profiles are embedded in the file", I trust I can use "Same as Source". Thanks again for helping-out John --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, "Paul Roark" <paul.roark@v...> wrote: > John, > > My C86 Readme file is at http://home1.gte.net/res09aij/C86-EZ-UT- Readme.htm. > Hopefully it has enough information to get you going with the MIS EZ inkset. > > Paul > www.PaulRoark.com > > ___________________________________ > > -----Original Message----- > From: John [mailto:firewoodtech@y...] > Sent: Tuesday, March 08, 2005 3:32 AM > To: DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com > Subject: [Digital BW] Re: Am I doing correctly? > > > > >I am using C86 with EZN inkset. > > > > > > > I always print with Photoshop 7 using "print with preview" and > > > at "Print Space" I always select Profile: Same as Source. > > > > > > Am I doing it correctly or should I choose "Gray Gamma 2.2" or > > > something else?
