Last week I got samples of new hahnemuehle papers from my dealer. The most interesting to me is a new HPR bright white. It has a whiter paper base than the standard HPR and the look is a nice cooler alternative to the standard HPR. There are new "satin" versions of HPR and White Velvet (name will change to White Etching). They have a special coating which gives a very slight gloss - but only where ink is applied. I don't like the look because you get the more gloss the more ink is laid down. Andreas Altenmueller
