I was amazed to get an e-mail response to an e-mail help request today. I mean the same day! Now it was easy, just a request for a profile on their web site that had a bad link. But they not only fixed the link but attached the profile to the e-mail response. The reply was from Marc. This is quite an improvement over the early years when the only way to get real help was to call during business hours and catch Bob Zeiss between his other phone calls. Bob Michaels
