Digital BW, The Print

I have had occasional bouts of this sort of banding with my 7000.  Can anyone 
tell me the best way to lubricate the Aluminum guide rail?  The manual has 
little specifics.  What sort of lube is used?  Do you oil the bearings only or 
does the rail get coated also?
