Re: Cobra skin pattern from scans

2005-03-21 by chipcarterdc

This may not help, but one of my associates just had this same problem using
my Nikon 9000 -- color neg shot of a person, ended up w. a weird "snakeskin"
pattern on the person's skin. (It only happened to this one scan out of a series
of about 30 prior scans). When he re-did the preview and re-did the final
scan, the film scanned correctly without the "snakeskin." I have no idea what
caused it in the first place or why re-scanning eliminated it, so I'd be interested
in answers too.
