Has anyone tried putting one of the MIS blacks into a fountain pen?

I'm sure it would work on matte prints, but I'm not sure if it would 
work on semi, lustre, or glossy papers.

Someone offered their pen to me, but I don't want to waste our time is 
this has been tried before and doesn't work.
