Quadtone downloaded I'm confused

I've downloaded quadtone..but don't understand the next steps. Can I 
get a step by step list of what to do? I'm using a PC XP Epson 2200

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
