Digital BW, The Print

I downloaded the tutorial for making curves/lineariztion with qtr. how do I find the file/
interface in QTR to follow the tutorial process. It says to use qtr gui, but isn't that for 
windows?

tried to figure it our on my own thru the tutorail but couldn't.

need help!
