Digital BW, The Print

Hello,

I'm hoping that someone in this forum might be able to point me toward
a good on-line printer of higher quality printed materials, such as
calendars and the like, in either Canada or the USA.

Ofoto used to have one type of calendar (the 'premium classic' I
think) that was along the lines of what I was looking for - simple and
with no frills - but they no longer sell it.  In addition, I would
like something that is printed on high-quality matte papers, something
that ofoto never had.  Is there such an animal?
