The monitor views SHOULD be "standardized" or rather "well managed". File values though will differ dependent on the workspace. Step 90 for me is not the same as 90 for you but L=10 (or its gray gamme 2.2 equivalent) should display the "same" everywhere (where it is "in-gamut").
