1270 and QTRIP: MIS UT2 (Ultratone-2) inks only?

Does QTRIP support the 1270 only using MIS UT2 (Ultratone-2) inks, as is
suggested in the pdf, or will it work on the Epson inks? I am interested in
B/W.
