I had one of these carts give me problems with nozzle checks that just would not clear. It had worked fine for some time. Then I let the printer sit for a couple of weeks. To make a long story short, the cart in question was one where I'd run out of stoppers. So I'd taped the fill holes. There was evidence of leakage. After I cut away the overlapping label, put in new stoppers, and sucked the air out of the outlets, the cart worked fine. I'm not sure why air leaks into the fill holes would cause bad nozzle checks, but the combination of sealing them and re-priming the cart worked.
