Yep - it was a crap product (banding, poor colour, screening about the right size to strain tea leaves) and even worse customer service.

The one black and white book I tested was also really bad.

They also sent the wrong product (i.e. cover) on two of the test books i did.

Had to threaten to go to Visa to get my money back.
