I've not used them directly, but it bears mentioning here that if you print (order) a book 
out of Apple's iPhoto software, you're using MyPublisher.com; that's the service Apple 
uses.

Same deal with Adobe Album, I think.

I've had both color and B&W books done via Apple's iPhoto book service. Though not 
extraordinarily high-quality, they sure do act as great small, good-looking portfolios of 
one's work to use in situations where hauling a big portfolio case would be too big of a 
pain.

For the B&W books I have done, I've sent RGB files that are slightly "tinted" towards a sort 
of "selenium" look and it's worked out reasonably well.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
