I've used MyPublisher and found the results to be a good value. The images were reasonably close in terms of color, contrast, and saturation to my original prints. They aren't as 'rich' as true coffee table book prints can be, but then, they aren't as pricey. Their page layout tool works just fine. Their turn-around-time is wicked fast. I'll use them again in the future. Ofoto is now also offering books. I've not used them. If I could rationalize (and pay for) doing 100 copies of one of my books I'd give 100 Books a real look, they appear to be in a whole other league.
