A bit off topic for a b&w list, but I'm using the MIS archival GP inks printing on Epson ProSemigloss using a custom profile from www.cathysprofiles.com ($40) and extremely satisfied. Spend some money for a real monitor calibration device and get a custom profile made for your ink / paper / printer combo and realize how automatic color is. There is a real lesson, you can't do "great" color the way you do b&w, only good color with no problems. But it sure is a lot better than medicore color (which sucks) Bob Michaels --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, "zapzap_it" <eggpap@g...> wrote: > Hi, > > I recently bouth the following package from MIS: > Epson Premium glossy paper; > GP Inks (Black Universal and Colors cartridge). > > Anyone knows the correct settings with Photoshop > to use this package with my Epson 1290 printer? > Some weeks ago I asked to MIS which promised to me to update the > profile library settings page, but I'm always waiting for it. > > Many thanks, > Emiliano
