Peter, I am on a Windows machine and don't know the Mac interface at all. And I have never used PFA. It would probably be best to let an experienced Mac user help you so I don't lead you astray. Carl Schoefield wrote a nice mini-tutorial and posted it in the Files Section of the Yahoo QuadToneRip forum. That would be a great start and I believe it is aimed at Mac users.
