I recommend people not use the old VM inks.  They are obsolete.  The UT (aka
UT1) inkset is the upgrade.

That should be OK.

If you print with QTR it should not matter.

Are we talking about QTR or the Epson driver?

The MIS website workflow probably related to printing with the Epson driver.

You may be mixing 2 different workflows and approaches to printing.

I've been asking MIS to take the VM inks off the market for some time.  I
suspect that is finally happening.  The UT1 is the upgrade that is much more
lightfast.
