Digital BW, The Print

I have the same problem of not having the two options for each paper size 
following a reinstall with OS10.3.9    It seems to be an issue not only with 
Tiger.    I have the options with the 4000, but not with the 2200.   I ran the 
removal progam and also cleaned the printers out of Print Center before 
reinstalling, but that didn't solve the problem.

Suggestions welcome.   Thanks in advance.
