As mentioned purge the folder cache.

Also is the Camera Raw installed in the proper location? It's no longer stored in the 
Photoshop Plug-ins folder. 

To install ACR 3.1, replace the existing Camera Raw plug-in at the following location: 

Mac: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-ins/CS2/File Formats/… 

Win: \Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-ins\CS2\File Formats\
